Keeping women down by commenting on their bodies has worked for a very long time.
If a man wore something see-through over his less than perfect dick you can bet that women would be commenting about it. But unlike Men's Journal here castigating men for having opinions on a woman's body, women's magazines would be joining in on the "fun."
Women judge men's bodies all the time. It's just that if a man complains (which he's naturally much less likely to do) journos are about 100% less likely to write hit pieces going after women for it. And naturally, if journos aren't reporting on it, it never happens.
