Supposedly they don't fuck around or coddle miscreants in Japanese prisons. If you fuck around they beat your ass and make you kneel in a small punishment cell all day.

Well they do have the death penalty still so hopefully it's true, think it was only 3 years ago they hung that cult leader responsible for the Tokyo sarin gas attack
