Edit: "Grounded" is another word for "Based" I guess, since it aligns the game with the actual 1950's American ideals before wholesale jewish corruption really sunk in.
Must be referring to the expression "grounded in reality".
New character models and voice-overs to match 1950s Boston and not diversified fantasy-land. Some big changes are making most if not all raiders male, the mechanist into a white man (from sassy latina) and Preston Garvey is an Irish red-head.
