What was wrong with RDR 2? I had a good time with it on PS4. Did it have a scummy PC port I missed? Though it did seem to drag on and on. I mean Christ, you kill what feels to be the population of a small city by the end of it. It played well though and the characters where great. Incredibly faithful to their counterparts in RDR 1. Really makes playing 1 after 2 feel so much more melancholy, knowing who your targets are all now.
Just something about it. I got bored. The world was great. I explored all around, did all of that part. It wasn't long into it I was just doing missions as chores. I quit around the point where you were burning a farm, a big plantation house, I remember something like that. I'd have much preferred to just shoot Dutch in the head a couple hours in and live as a fugitive. Just something about the first game, I felt like I was the main character in a old western movie. The second game I felt like I was in a soap opera in a western style.
It wasn't bugs or anything. I played it on Xbox, I still had my original early model. I don't remember any issues except it was the first game to make that thing crazy loud, but that's trivial and expected.
