If it's an audio platform marketed as for children, sanitize it as much as pearl clutchers would like. It ensures no fault from any crazed parents who can't be assed to make playlists for their child to listen to.
That being said, my parents played classic rock radio since forever when I was growing up, and oh-ho I remember this song. But I never got too deep into the lyrics of the song, and when I could as I got older, I didn't take them to heart. Although, there are women with some fine asses out there. (The lyrics in question do come from that old double-standard of "older women molesting slightly underage boys is okay". Also it was penned by Brian May, so can't really blame Mercury for this)
In hindsight, I think the Internet does more to screw up children and teens than some radio songs but maybe I'm wrong. It's really hard nowadays, unless you monitor like a hawk.
