A restaurant I frequent plays '80s top 40 countdowns. Damn near every song is worth being on those countdowns. Tons of variety and talent.

A different restaurant I frequent plays contemporary pop. It's all awful. Nearly everything sounds the same. Even in the rare instances where the music isn't completely worthless, the lyrics are vapid garbage. Were it not for the people I know working at the place, I'd never set foot in there based on the music alone.
