Yeah sure, but you are less likely to have sex the more you theorycraft about it on the internet.
The funny thing about your original scenario is that I find it hard to imagine people with enough decency to be embarrassed about getting caught in the back seat. When you assume people have similar reactions to you sadly you're wrong a lot of the time.
Seinfeld said it best: the difference in sex drive between men and women is the same as the difference between firing a bullet and throwing a bullet.
Yes, women are not "innocent" -- they enjoy sex. I've had plenty of personal experience to verify this. But it's far more situational than men, especially men who have listened to propaganda for their entire lives telling them that they're stunning and brave for being promiscuous, exhibitionist whores. And no, not all gay men are like that, but when more than 50% of the gay population has more than 500 lifetime sexual partners, well, it starts getting easier to count the reasonable ones than the freaks.
There is no meaningful comparison between gay men's hookups and heterosexual relationships. It would be like comparing the force output of a tricycle to the launch rockets on a space shuttle. That's why my original comment on this thread said "almost exclusively gay men" because, yes, there will be exceptions, but not very many.
Here's an experiment: pretend to be gay, hop on Grindr, and see if you can find someone willing to have sex in one of these taxi things. Then do the same as a heterosexual guy on any other dating site. Or skip the website and just go to gay/single's bars and try the same thing.
