Is criminalizing gays all you have to do to escape the clutches of the globalists? Seems like a win-win!

Also, they've sanctioned South Africa too, right? Oh, no? Oh, they're probably funding them? Huh. Weird.

I believe globalists of one sort or another are paying every one of these guys. What you see is probably Uganda playing generous foreigners off each other.
