Yeah, I'm not suggesting that it was good for the people unjustly prosecuted (although from what I have seen, McDonnell engaged in very dodgy behavior that just was not illegal), but that this guy hasn't been able to ever pull of a successful prosecution.
That actually should be a talking point whenever liberals start talking about their sexual attraction to Jack Smith: you mean the guy all of whose prosecutions of politicians ended in failure?
