Rumble is now my primary content farm, I no longer use Odysee.
I've been reminded by people my links and everything are horribly out of date for my main sticky thread. Hope this helps people keep track of what's going on, this should be a lot neater now. I think I will use the comments page to post new videos and I will use this main thread with the development roadmap list and any relevant major release links like the game itself.
When I edit the main post next I will also remember to post the date so that people know exactly when this was last done at a glance.

16/09/2023: I've got a bit of a writeup for you guys! You know how I was going on about list vs grid inventories? Well because I was getting a bit of burnout from by the gods figuring out the damn position data for the construction sites I decided to occupy myself implementing inventory lists and I did it.

This is a post on how to set everything up, the rest is just button code which can be looked up anywhere if you want it properly functional and I'll be doing that in the background for the lulz.
I noticed that there was very little proper tutorials on this sort of thing just scattered posts so I hope this helps anyone wanting to try playing about with interfaces in Godot because the UI setup is a bastard. This will also help with any other kind of interface like a character sheet for example or anything with lots of info you want to dump into a panel but you have no idea how to get the damn ScrollContainer node working.
As you can see, because it's a scrolling list, no need to do any fiddly drag and drop mechanics or anything like that. Which is why I'm quite favouring it over the grid setup.
