Exactly.

It should not be possible to get a ballot if you've moved out of state, are not a citizen, or are dead, but all of these things happened (apparently frequently) during the election. Not to mention votes arriving and being counted after counting should have ended, leading to delayed announcements of election results.

How? Is there any other explanation other than overt corruption?
