Does this allow the daughter to vote for her?

AFAIK the senate would be tasked with removing their own. Maybe in concert with the house of reps. I think the person has to be impeached.

If Democrats decided they wanted to handle it by kicking her out -- and I do think they want her to quit, but they won't do this -- they could allow it to happen.
