Yeh I'm lucky for that as well. Our executives made it clear that they were not going to get vaccinated for a long time, if at all. We had an HR girl quit because someone said "that's retarded" and the response from the executives was, so what? Luckily, we're privately owned as well.
One great thing about managing remotely is a metoo/sexual harassment coup is awfully hard to pull off. Every interaction has some kind of paper trail if not an actual recording.
