I'm kinda looking for a cat simulator...that's what drew me into this, the idea of playing an adorable cat on an adventure (while still being a cat) hooked me pretty hard...I didn't go looking for this mind you, I was looking at an event for stealth games, and the artwork jumped out and made me go "aww" lol.
refund policy
I think they do, but I'm not even sure this game would run on my pc (had to tweak settings to get ark running, it's an intel chipset, lol)

You are the target gay audience. May as well just buy it.
Stray is a shit-tier game that blew up because “awww cat”. You’ve literally said “awww cat” in this thread. They chose the cat aesthetic to sucker in literally you. So do them a favor and buy their terrible game.
Cat sims are quite a niche; I guess it might just be worth giving Stray a go. It looks like you can get a refund within two weeks with less than 2 hours of play time.
So if it doesn't run on your system or you don't enjoy it, nothing lost.
Not too sure what kind of games you're after.
Does Steam still have a refund policy? If so, maybe give it a shot and see what you think.
Steam refund policy is still 2 hours of playtime or 14 days, as far as I know.

Well, they're not necessarily house cats, but if that's the idea of what you're looking for I'd recommend checking out
Shelter - you play as a badger trying to protect her cubs on a journey
and
Shelter 2 - as above, but with a Lynx this time.
okay, thank you.

alley cat?
ah, IBM in the eighties... Is it any wonder commodore lasted so long? lol
Kitten aside, though, that's definitely an interesting old dos game, I might check it out, thanks.
