I am amused that it is in an article labelled "rights".

You have the right to be caned, to be fined, and to be deported.

I know the real reason is the subtle wordplay and brainwashing in order to normalize the term "rights" with the term "LGBT" to make it seem like a standard linkage, but in this particular case, falls very flat.
