In anywhere BUT America i can see this being a possibility. But thanks to the based nature of the supreme Court thanks to one of the few good things Trump did (right leaning majority) and two precedents (the Christian bakery and web designer) they can't do this without facing MASSIVE litigation liability.
But everywhere else that doesn't have this precedent, it's up to strength of culture to resist these kinds of pushes. So Canada and the UK are gone, Germany probably next, Australia too, New Zealand is next....

If it was full uniparty, why would they open the path to less restrictions on gun ownership, more state rights through abortion legislation and personal ownership of labour through recent court decisions.
