The man couldn’t even string together a coherent thought and looks like a paint huffer. You can tell even the interviewer either stopped paying attention or couldn’t even understand him as the replies were all “yeah, mhm”. Then again I’m sure every crack dealer, liquor store, and paint supplier in the area is currently celebrating.
