College using their funds to patronize black athletes in the form of scholarships and subsidies: good.

Individuals using college funds to patronize black athletes in the form of bill payment and assistance: bad.

Or at least that is how it looks on the surface. I wonder what other kinds of backroom dealings this coach (and likely the whole athletic program) got up to that has yet to be investigated.
