Hahaha.

Also, not saying any of this is good, but the package advertisement is - relatively - sane, but the women they're focusing on are absolute freaks. The "Barbie package" itself doesn't even seem to include any facial surgery, or anything, but then you have the people trying to turn themselves into 'human dolls.' Yuck.
