RIP the very few people with legit gender dysphoria. If the troons didn't try to force this shit on people and kids, I guarantee Russia wouldn't have done this.
Is "gender change" even the best option for that very small minority of people? Admittedly I'm not well read on it, but I would wager therapy aimed at making them accept what they were born as would be much more effective than chopping off their dick and calling them a woman.
indeed, therapy should always be the first resort. most people who claim to have gender dysphoria can be talked down and come to accept themselves if they were just given the opportunity to talk to the right people. there are still those where this wouldn't work. after extensive therapy if they cannot come to accept themselves, then hormone therapy would be the next step. sex change surgery should always be a last resort with a very high bar for approval, but I still maintain it should not be banned.
That is absurd reasoning. Utter non sequitur.
