That looks like a pretty low bar as far as exercise goes, especially when you compare it to just about any actual sport.

Edit: Was going to just toss out some random clip from any past footage of the Olympics, but apparently a lot of them are region locked somehow without any explanation beyond "this video is unavailable". Probably some broadcasting rights related nonsense with NBC.
