Honestly, the 'nibble' is nothing. Yeah, we know he's creepy and pedophilic but that isn't pedo behavior, even if the girl isn't comfortable. It's just an old man doing stupid shit with a kid in an attempt to look good for the cameras. It's the equivalent of blowing a raspberry on a baby's belly. It's far too familiar to do it with a stranger's kid but it's not pedophilic.
