That's not what I mean. What I mean is the woman isn't telling the husband to change the diaper and watch the kid for her because she wants to go party with her girlfriends.
Obviously, the father needs to be involved in the child's life but the rearing is the woman's job, not his. A fathers job is more mentoring and teaching morals/values/skills/play. The woman does the "caring".
