Honestly, I’m all for cameras involved in arrests as much as possible. Worn by the cops, held by the bystanders, from as many angles as feasible and safe, the more the better. It helps protect civilians from abuse of power and cops from stupid criminals making bullshit accusations.
As long as the public sees the entire altercatation, and not just a very select footage from a specific angle, while the one holding the camera spouts a questionable narration that covers all the actual dialogue by those directly involved.
