Haha jk I kind of thought the same thing from the title. I'm pretty sure "tiny angry man" is meant to sound funny (coming from notthebee) but I also imagined a literal "little person"... or at least nobody taller than Kevin Hart. (he's 5'2"... maybe it's his bigger brother)
