Lewis had no children of his own. 2 adopted ones from his wife. Compared to tolkien who had many and happened to leave LOTR publishing to Christopher who faithfully kept it all these years. Tolkien had safeguards Lewis did not progeny wise. The one thing Lewis has going was how much he beat in the point that Aslan is Jesus which globohomo will need to work around whereas tolkien was notably anti allegory.
True. I didn’t see Christian symbolism in Tolkien until I read it as an adult. With Lewis it was obvious as an 8 year old.
