I remember when presidential gaffes were "covfefe", "strategery", and "57 states". Everyone says something retarded given enough time on mic, but Biden has been on a whole other level.

Stuff like that isn't just a slip of the tongue. It shows that Biden's brain is stuck in the past, especially considering he frequently says something like that.
