The generalization is only half right. Not all jews are globalists, not all globalists are jews. A lot are but that is because jews tend to be liberal and liberalism inevitably supports the goals of globalism, while individual liberals might deny that they are globalists just because they haven't thought about it that much.
The trick is to realize the "jews" aren't a monolith. From what I can tell there are two major factions.
The globalists are commnuists and want to create a one-world government, run by jews of course.
Opposing them are the zionists who basically want the 2000s status quo forever. Individual sovereign countries still exist but every major country is under heavy "influence" of israeli lobbyists and intelligence. Then that influence leads to "aid" and they can be sicced on anyone who gives israel trouble.
Both sides have a gentleman's' agreement to treat each other with kid gloves and to unify against any opposition to jewish power and influence.
