Meezy doesn't get it. People aren't posting post-op photos because they think the appearance of the surgery's result itself are ugly. Everyone knows after surgery, you're going to have scars and what-not. What people find gross is the literally act itself of removing your tits/penis not how ugly it is. It "works" because chopping off your dick/tits is inherently gross and humans instinctually knows this.
