this is just straight embezzlement at this point.

they sockpuppet the defense on these ridiculous discrimination cases, taking on billions in liability, to act as precedent to create laws elsewhere. any remotely competent attorney could have handled this case. but they didn't want a competent attorney... they wanted to lose for a political result.
