This is not how you win, this is just childish weaseling. If you want to do something like this and win, you could create the caricature by tracing a photo of a real jewish person, many of whom are cartoonishly evil looking, then reveal that fact when called out on your stereotyping.

My favorite example of this tactic is pride-flag-up-the-butt character in stone toss that people called out as homophobic before learning it was based on a real photograph.
