Calling the FBI "cops" isn't justified these days, if it ever was. They're more like a secret police force for the regime rather than an anti-crime force.

they definitely aren't beat cops, that's for sure. as far as acab goes though, they are the biggest cops to ever cop. super cops, if you will.
