He has that internet guy brain defect that makes him totally immune to all negative feedback, the only ways you stop guys like that are doxxing and real life harassment (the wrong solution) or by having a jannie who understands one of the very few cases where arbitrarily banning somebody who technically isn't breaking a rule is the correct response.
