I've seen the "have a baby, come back a few months later, have another baby 1 year later, come back and immediately give 2-weeks notice" enough times that I'm no longer on board with this paid maternity leave thing.
Unpaid maternity leave? Sure. Paid maternity leave with clawback provisions? Perhaps -- but difficult to implement. Otherwise, if she wants kids, they are the responsibility of her and her husband, not me.
How many times do I have to tell you that I (and a lot of other people) agree with a lot of what you say, we just get sick of all of the extra bullshit that comes with it?
I mean, you say it's bullshit, but we just had the Soros family commit full support for women's causes, and investing in women's sports. We have Melinda Gates directing most of the major leftist financiers to follow her 51% women target, and we have female GOP members who spiked pushes against ESG that would have stopped the former two things, so that we can talk about women's sports some more.
In my opinion, the More Feminine Way conspiracy I always had was validated this week, when Pivotal spoke at a Forbes event attended by most of the powerful people in finance, after the Open Society Foundation declared their support for women to the female editor of the WSJ in an interview.
I think the redpill that I'm right will become a suppository next year. It'll be unavoidable when all that capital starts being deployed.

Holy shit, you're agreeing with me?
