The megaphone can be seen bouncing off his cheek in the exactplace the scratch later showed up.

So, he's now claiming he had the mega phone up to his face, stepped between two women to stop an altercation, looked over his shoulder, and got "punched" in the megaphone.

How did he see who did it? He's literally in a crowd, in a fight, with his sight blocked by his mega phone (that he was speaking into while breaking up a fight?), turning, got punched in the face, but saw his attacker clearly?

Also, there's a woman claiming she's the one who punched him coming forward, so that'll be fun.
