I went back to playing Fortnite for the new season. Seems like boycotting everything is not good for my mental state...

Weak.

...too much time thinking about politics.

Just do what I do, and step away from politics every once in a while. You don't have to cave on your boycotts, just ignore politics for a week or two from time to time.
