Frankly, if the above post constitutes a violation of Rule 2, something I like "you should fight back against someone trying to kill you" would also be violating the rule. I hardly think the above "promotes, advocates, glorifies, or endorses violence" especially since it's an generalized, abstract statement, directed at no one in particular ... AND it's a meme.
However, you can't also support just beating children. Your comment comes across as saying: "it's important to crack your 5 year old's orbital bone if they put on your wife's shoes." You're not even tempering yourself to "bullying should happen", or that "parents should be allowed to use corporal punishments like spankings". Nope: just straight: beat your children.
It's actually self-defense to have others violently force you to stop punching your children.
