There seems to be this concept that not dating, failing in dating or not having a relationship immediately assumes that individual hates women. As in someone's view of women correlates with his success in dating and relationships.

The thing with bachelorhood as a lifestyle choice is that it is dissent from the expected norm that everyone is expected to follow. And dissent is not tolerated by a state.
