Americans please answer this if I'm wrong but IF Trump is convicted of anything, is there technically still nothing that can stop him running and winning being president despite a conviction?

As if that's the case they're relying on people being so stupid and not paying attention at all to vote in the dementia pedo a second time to Trump who can be a loudmouth but definitely politically prosecuted by the justice system.
