There needs to be science exceptions for rule 16 as unfortunately for negros there is growing research based evidence that says they are inferior as some races/ethnic groups were documented to perform better than them with LESS teaching, plus stuff was noticed involving internal volume among other things.

Science shows IQ differences, not a a general "inferiority." I think we are allowed to discuss IQ differences, but I'm not sure. It's probably a bit pointless here anyway since most people who have found their way here are already at least vaguely aware of that subject.
You can talk about differences and limitations different races and cultures have without inferring an innate inferiority.
Mostly because once you imply an inferiority in a groups, you naturally begin to underestimate them and you lose so much believing they aren't capable of inflicting more harm or being some kind of asset.
Best example than the current left of this, Woodrow Wilson, his inferiority complex of anyone not European or of European decent is directly a link of how Ho chi ming rose to power, the Soviet Union, all the issues in South America, segregation and current American intervention policy.
I haven't had any problems discussing IQ differences, but there's a lot of things that simply don't get reported since the troon problem isn't as bad here as it is elsewhere.
