Medicine is getting absolutely fucked by interlopers and ideologues like most of the legitimate sciences have been recently. Because nobody taught any of the competent practitioners that it's right and honorable to fight back, in fact they actively taught them it's wrong to forcefully defend yourself or your profession.

So the good ones all know it's fucked but are paralysed with indecision, when they should be banding together, ostracizing and undermining fuck nuggets organizing courses like this and lobbying to have them barred from the profession for the harm they're doing. Instead the good ones are all getting forced out and thousands will die to incompetence because the powers that be decided to indoctrinate the last few generations into being passive little doormats.
