Is that not just the obvious conclusion?

Why was he personally involved in the first place if there wasn't some sort of partnership or arrangement going on between him and DW?

The other explanation is he had a woke Trust and Safety lead who just Striesanded the hell out of this but, again, he was personally tweeting about it before any censorship happened.
