Why do they ride around in black clothes, being black, with no reflectors or lights on their bike at night on a dark road? IDK. Niggers. The place I remember this most vividly is Phoenix. Even though you don't associate the city with black people, it has some. And some dark roads. All cities seem to run their lights at half brightness now. IDK why.
