The number of Trannies on there daily is fucking weird. They don't hide at all they talk about wanting to suck tranny dick and use rainbow flags unironically. At first I thought they were discord or /lgbt/ raids, but now they're regularly 20% to 30% of the board. They bond well with the MGTOWs, so they are no longer mocked into oblivion.
Another 30-40% are obvious glowies, who also seem to not bother to hide much anymore, but post under "Fascist" or "Nazi" flags and encourage conservatives not to bother voting but instead to "take matters into their own hands", all while simultaneously sucking Ukraine's dick. Not suspicious at all.
The rest are a mix of the occasional genuinely intelligent, the autists, the amusing, and the normally blackpilled.
Most notably, there is basically no humour left on what used to be one of the funniest boards on the internet.
I suspect a lot of the long-time 4chan posters like me have been banned and moved on. I got hit with a /pol/ ban in March for reasons that weren't explained to me. Haven't been back since.
I have only a passing familiarity with 4chan, mostly due to an interface that looks like it's from AOL online in 1995.
That said, I know /pol/ was the group that harassed Shia LeBouf, manipulated a number of internet voting contests (Hitler did nothing wrong- the newest Mountain Dew flavor!) and try cked people into putting iPhones in the microwave among other exploits. How do you get banned from there?
I've been there since the 00s and I can say that no "alt-tech" options would allow 4chan migrants to act like well 4chan migrants. The BirdHarvest site is basically the only one, and its still non-anon.
Every time one of these "options" crop up, you can just pose a question or two and watch them immediately reveal how quick they'd sell you all out. The "loli" one is an age old barometer and works almost every time to show that even if its not something you like, their "principles" are always easily dashed when they get emotionally or disgusted by something.
However this is talking under the assumption that 4chan is some monolithic thing, instead of dozens of boards with minimal interaction with each other and far different sensibilities.

Oh well.
