It might be overturned on paper, but if it's ever fully overturned expect liberal lawyers and judges to go into overdrive encouraging frivolous lawsuits against gun manufactures to start including ammunition manufacturers, FFL dealers, and, hell, even commercial property owners that allow gun stores to lease an operate in their building. If they don't follow the "old common sense rules", of course.
