I was annoyed that your title didn't reflect the focus of the article and implied more contempt toward her customers than what is evident from the article. Her quotes are dumb, but possibly understandable (I'm not aware of how much interaction is possible on the site that she could judge users there).
I also found it depressing that it turned out to be that girl from Dr. Phil.
So, I just quoted the relevant information for lurkers to find faster and see the real context, then decided that was all I needed to "say." I'm too afraid (see username) to voice my opinion sometimes.
