It is a self-contained and wholly logical statement of excellent illogical contradiction..
By itself.
Context matter, and their definitions of the words used are not logical to that endpoint. Murder is "with malice aforethough", Manslaughter is not. And it is legal to defend yourself and your property. Property damage is not okay in either case, and especially not against something unrelated, and while on a supposedly peaceful riot. The second murder also isn't.. A murder. It's again manslaughter (tenuously at best), and by a police defending the public and the dead person from said OD'd person, in the execution of his duty to uphold the law. A law which the convenience-robbing fentanyl-addicted crackhead broke before said event.
He also got the antecedent and subsequent actions flipped. In both scenarios it's only prior to the act that we justify using violence to defend property or life. Nobody says you can go around murdering people or destroying property after the fact as punishment for past injustices. Oh wait, leftists do. Very logical indeed.
