i for one dont like the dispreportionate ammount of power and influence human resources has from the start only person who should have firing power is managorial positions as they are also responsable for the payroll usually hr needs defanged and a counterballence installed to slow abuse. one i see that looks really juicy is management hiring investigative teams from outside the company that are not related or recomended by/to the hr team that respond to hrs notices from hrs budget note for simlicity sake i include their paychecks in that fund and if there is indeed actionable info from the investigative teams report the cost is refunded and the problem employee fired.
