Local run banks, instead of the single big underground maze vault completely controlled by the goblins, with no outsiders truly understanding how it works?
For instance, Hogsmeed has enough healthy businesses and traffic from Hogwarts to run their own local credit union.
Or did you mean in the real world, because the solution is the same: local.
You mean some of the largest banks in the country that have had trouble? My actual local banks and credit unions seem to be doing fine.
By the entire system, I didn't mean banning interest -- this isn't Mosaic Law -- I meant having local grocery stores and such, instead of the huge companies we have now.
