Neither is ok because you're playing into the leftist paradigm having a racial history month.
History is history and the only important factors should be the region you wish to study and time period not arbitrary things like race.
And they act like they can’t go to the library or order all the books they want on whatever history
unfortunately race is far from arbitrary... think about it meta-logically: if we were all the same, how would we find such huge, fundamental differences in paradigms between all of us, divided so cleanly with racial lines?
you might say "environment", and i would agree, because indeed the environment changed how people were physically built, and how they evolved to behave, and changing how one behaves inherently changes the structure of one's brain and bodily systems and uh-oh, you're a racist nazi, welcome to the club.
I just mean dedicating a month to a race's 'history', it's the most pointless exercise ever.
Not to mention 'Black history month' is just 'black American history month' because they skip MOST of African history like how they sold their asses to the Arabs and Europeans.
You can see how different race's due to environment progressed differently by just looking back at historical books, artifacts and pieces. Ironically a lot of that still exists because the British 'acquired' a lot of them and put them in museums and secure vaults..
Also try to do an 'asian history month' most of them hate each other so it'll just bring up old blood feuds.
Not the race part, the dedicating an entire 'month of history' to a certain race, especially when it's used to cherry pick.
Everyone getting caught up on me saying race is arbitrary in history not this line:
The left wants to divide and segment history as if anyone looks at history by region and time period only, you can easily see the racial differences in how they interact with each other.
Put it this way, black history month will focus only on civil rights era, American blacks and anything that puts blacks as the victims of whites
An African history month would have to talk about the African slaver kingdoms that traded openly with Europeans and Arabs. The left don't want a focus on a region, be that a town, a state, a country or even a continent for history, just race.
